Halal describe 2020 decade as High Tech Arrives. He described Optical computers as one of the major technology breakthrough.
Sriharshvardhan also suggested same. He said Optical Computer might operate 1000 times faster than electronic computer. Electronic transistor has only two state, but it might possible that optical transistor have more than two state and that may lead to new computer logic as he defined in above article.

Nowadays computer store data in format of bits,i.e. zero and one, but a quantum computer store data in format of qubit and single qubit can represent any quantum superposition, that means computer with n qubits can have 2 power n states. Quantum Computers are also one of the major innovation in computer world as described by Halal in 2020 decade.
